Sam Treadwell
I'm Sam, a product designer from Vermont who enjoys turning ideas into products people actually want to use.
Combining UX design and frontend development, I focus on creating clear, accessible experiences
that help users accomplish their goals with less friction and more confidence.
Recently, I designed features for a SaaS startup supporting parents of children with mental
and behavioral health challenges, and built a chatbot experience for a national brand using Botpress to improve product
discovery and user engagement.
Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor adventures, snowboarding, cooking, and building side projects that explore new ideas in product
design and interaction.

Improved the HUB portal experience by resolving a critical navigation issue that reduced workflow friction and refining form validation patterns to enhance usability and reliability across seven production releases.
Pitched and developed an AI-powered chatbot for ARM & HAMMER™ Baking Soda to enhance product discovery and user engagement accross web experiences. Built a reusable interactive carousel component to improve content visibility and storytelling on The VIA Agency company website.
